Telecaller – Collection Process (IDFC)

📍 Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🔄 Shift Timing: Day Shift

👥 No. of Openings: 50 Positions

Kannada Speakers: 30

Telugu Speakers: 10

Tamil Speakers: 10

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education: Minimum 12th Pass / 2nd PUC or Graduation (10+2+4)

🎯 Age: 18 – 28 years

💼 Experience: 1 – 4 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

🗣 Languages Required:

Proficiency in any one regional language: Kannada / Telugu / Tamil

Basic to manageable English communication

Required Skills

💻 Tally & Accounting Basics

📞 Good Listening, Communication & Persuasion Skills

🤝 Experience in Telecalling, Collections, or Customer Support preferred

✅ Target-Oriented & Goal-Driven Attitude

Key Responsibilities

📞 Make outbound calls to customers in the assigned regional language

💳 Follow up on pending EMIs or loan repayments

📝 Educate customers about payment deadlines and late fee implications

📊 Record customer feedback and update CRM systems

🎯 Meet daily and weekly collection targets

🤝 Coordinate with the internal recovery team when required
